Shipping Policy


Our products are available for purchase around the world, which can result in large fluctuations of shipping costs from customer to customer. The cost of shipping depends upon the number of items, weight of the items, whether your delivery is domestic or international, and also of course the total distance the package must travel to reach it’s destination.

Your price for shipping will be calculated at checkout time once shipping information has been provided.


Fulfillment typically takes 3-7 days for processing and handling before being shipped from our fulfillment center.

Please account for an additional period of time for couriers to deliver your package depending upon your location.

● USA: 3–4 business days
● Europe: 6–8 business days
● Australia: 2–14 business days
● Japan: 4–8 business days
● International: 10–20 business days

Please note, occasionally there may be delays due to circumstances beyond our control. We will attempt to relay potential delays on our website via a notice banner when possible.


We ship our merchandise internationally and once your order has been fulfilled, a tracking number will be provided. You should receive this number in an email once your order has been fulfilled at one of our fulfillment centers.


Additional customs and tax fees can occur on international orders. We are not responsible for any fees required by customs for any reason. This fee is not in our control and is assessed by your local customs office. Customs policies can vary widely for every country. Please check with your local customs office directly to see if they apply duties and taxes to your purchases.


If the package is unable to be delivered because of a wrong address, left unclaimed, or any similar delivery issue, the package will be returned to our fulfillment center. The product will be held for a total of 14 days awaiting information on how to proceed. We will attempt to reach out to customers as best as possible in such cases; however, the products will be forfeited without a refund if a customer fails to provide information within that time period. Customers will be responsible for reshipment costs, so please ensure your address is correct. We will not be able to offer a refund for unclaimed items or undeliverable items.


Before contacting us, be sure to use your tracking number to review the current status of the shipment.

It’s important to verify that the order was in fact lost in transit.

Typically, if you see little to no information in the tracking logs that is a fair indication the order was lost at some point in transit and that tracking information abruptly stopped as a result. If there is consistent tracking information that is reasonably up to date, your package’s arrival may require additional patience.

If the address was correct: If the item is marked as delivered and the address was correct, it may have been delivered to the wrong location (such as a neighbor) or may be held at the local post office awaiting pickup. We do not offer refunds due to carrier errors.

If the address was incorrect: Your item was likely returned to one of our fulfillment centers from which is shipped out from. In such cases, you can refer to the Failed Delivery section of this Shipping Policy.

If you have an issue with your order, please contact us. Do not return an item to the return address until you have discussed the issue with a representative.
